Power Town ("we," "our," or "us") operates the GeoQuest mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe and transparent experience while using our App.
Because GeoQuest is designed as a 100% offline educational game and geography coach, we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information.

1. Information Collection and Use
We collect absolutely zero personal information.
Because GeoQuest runs completely offline on your physical device:
No Personal Data: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email address, physical address, age, or phone number) to use the App.
No Device Data: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system details, or hardware specifications.
No Location Tracking: The App does not request, access, or track your physical GPS location or network location.
Local-Only Game Progress: All of your gameplay progress—including your map completion percentages, answer streaks, and unlocked travel stamps—is stored locally and securely on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted if you uninstall the App.
2. Permissions Required
The App operates strictly using standard offline framework capabilities and does not request sensitive device permissions, such as:
Access to precise or approximate location (GPS/Network)
Camera or Microphone access
Contact lists or accounts
Read/Write permissions to external storage (unless strictly required for local platform installation files)
3. Third-Party Services & SDKs
We do not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, analytical frameworks (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), or cloud databases that track user behavior, serve targeted ads, or transmit data to external servers.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App does not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, or any other online tracking identifiers.
5. Security of Your Data
Since all your game data and progress are stored locally on your physical device, the security of your data relies entirely on the physical security of your device. We encourage you to secure your mobile device using standard security features (such as PINs, passwords, or biometric locks).
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Global Safety Compliance)
Our App is designed to be fully safe for all age groups, including children under the age of 13.
Because the App is 100% offline and collects no personal data, it is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) children's provisions, and global child safety standards.
We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal information from children.
